The best Halloween party this year has a guest list of two. No queue for the bathroom, no stranger in a rubber mask spilling punch on you — just low light, a film you have seen before, and her, dressed for the occasion. A great night in still takes a little planning, though. Here is the timeline that makes it effortless, and keeps her flawless for the morning after.

Zoe, Queen of the Nile, ready for a night in. Inset: the real Zoe.
The night-in timeline
| When | What | Why |
|---|---|---|
| The day before | Wash and test her costume | New costumes bleed dye — they need time to dry |
| Two hours before | Make sure she is clean, dry and powdered | Powder lets the costume slide on without dragging |
| One hour before | Dress her, set the room | Dressing is calmer when you are not in a hurry |
| 30 minutes before | Start warming her up | Body-warm skin is the whole point |
| Showtime | Lights low, film on, phone off | You know what to do |
| Before you sleep | Costume off, clean, dry, powder | Ten minutes now saves a stain later |
The day before: the costume
Pick the look — horns, ears, a veil, a cape — and give anything new a cold hand-wash and the white paper-towel test before it touches her. Dark reds and blacks often need two or three rinses. The costume guide has the full prep and the pieces that are safest on TPE. And this is the one night of the year to say it twice: no face paint, no fake blood, no glitter on her skin (here's why).
One hour before: the room
- Light it like a horror film. A red or orange bulb in one lamp, a string of warm LED lights, a few battery candles. Real flames stay out of the room — veils, capes and hair do not mix with them.
- Choose the stage. Sofa or bed, with a light-coloured cotton throw underneath her. Dark blankets and upholstery can bleed dye too.
- Keep the treats on your side. Red wine, cola and brightly dyed Halloween candy all stain TPE. Pour a drink, keep it on the far table, and keep the chocolate away from her thighs.
- Queue the film. Something you have seen before. You will not be watching much of it.
30 minutes before: warm her up
Nothing breaks the mood like cold skin. Ten to fifteen minutes with a warming rod inside, or thirty to forty-five minutes under an electric blanket on low, brings her to body temperature. Keep everything at or below 40 °C, and switch the blanket off before you get comfortable. On a cold night, our autumn and winter care guide has the full warming table.
Showtime
Seat her with support behind her back — a sofa arm, a cushion, your shoulder. Bend her limbs within a natural range and move her by the hips and shoulders, never by a wrist or ankle (the moving guide shows the carries).
When the film stops being the point:
- Water-based lube only, and plenty of it. TPE grips, and silicone- or oil-based lubricants damage the material. The lube guide covers what is safe.
- Go slow at first. Warm, well-lubricated and unhurried is better for her and better for you.
- A condom makes the clean-up much quicker — optional, but plenty of owners swear by it.

Prefer a torso for the night? Sonia comes with a wireless remote — the puppeteer, after all. Inset: the real Sonia.
Not a full-size night?
A torso deserves a date night too. The same rules apply — warm her, lube generously, clean her after. Sonia brings suction and vibration with a wireless remote, Kenne thrusts on her own, and Lila looks like a bottle of spirits on the shelf until the moment she doesn't. See the full lineup in Trick or Torso.
Before you sleep
The least glamorous ten minutes of the night, and the most important.
- Costume off. Never let her sleep in it — dye and pressure marks both get worse with time.
- Clean. Rinse and wash where it matters, gently, with warm water and mild unscented soap — the bath guide has the details.
- Dry completely, especially inside channels (drying guide).
- Powder and tuck her away under a light cotton sheet.
FAQ
Can I take photos of her Halloween look?
Of course — warm, low light flatters TPE beautifully. Keep the photos somewhere private, and if you share them, make sure nothing in the background identifies your home.
How long can she sit on the sofa?
An evening is fine with support behind her. For anything longer, lay her down: hours of sitting puts constant pressure on the same spots.
What if something spills on her?
Blot immediately with a damp white cloth, then wash gently with mild soap and lukewarm water. Any shadow that remains gets the stain-removal routine the same night.
